I wonder how you deal with "recovery nutrition" when you're not hungry. I know that I'm supposed to ingest x number of grams of carbs and x number of grams of protein within two hours of intense/long runs or lifting. Tonight, however, I just wasn't hungry. Do you honor your hunger/satiety cues, or say to hell with it, I'll feel like crap tomorrow if I don't eat up???
