I know that I&#039;m supposed to ingest x number of grams of carbs and x number of grams of protein within two hours of intense/long runs or lifting.  Tonight, however, I just wasn&#039;t hungry.  Do you honor your hunger/satiety cues, or say to hell with it, I&#039;ll feel like crap tomorrow if I don&#039;t eat up???&lt;/p&gt;
